Bais Yaakov of Bergen-Belsen

Bergen-Belsen was a DP camp after the war, with a large Orthodox population and two Bais Yaakovs, one for Polish and one for Hungarian students. Sara Abraham, near the center of the photo in glasses, visited the camp in 1949 in an effort to secure a visa to the United States, visiting with the Hungarian Bais Yaakov.
